Originally from Bournemouth, Kirk has lived in Aberdeen since 1991 and has been involved in financial services for over 10 years. He formed A.M.M. in 2001 with a clear vision in mind, to become one of the leading mortgage brokers in scotland with a name renowned for quality client service. This vision has now been realized and A.M.M. has a reputation within the industry to be proud of. Kirk is responsible for the day to day running of A.M.M. as well as the strategic planning for its future development. He is an AFC Bournemouth fan and enjoys any sport that involves watching, as well as the local restaurants and nightlife Aberdeen has to offer. |

Married with two children, Malcolm has lived in Perth for 9 years. He has over 25 years experience in financial services and has held senior management positions for the past 20 years. Malcolm joined A.M.M. in 2003 to open the perth branch and has quickly established himself as one of the most capable managers in the industry. He enjoys the day to day running of his office as well sevicing the loyal client base he has personally built. Malcolm is a lover of the great outdoors and likes to spend his spare time either on his boat or maintaining "Wellbrook Mansions. |

Greig is a native of Dundee from a well-known local family. His knowledge and experience of the Mortgage and Insurance industry as well as his outgoing personality make him a valuable asset to the company. Living in Dundee, Greig deals with all types of mortgage cases from self build through to sub prime lending. He also takes an active role in training and development of the company’s advisors. Greig’s hobbies include fly-fishing, diving, and mountaineering, in addition to this he also enjoys listening to music and relaxing at home with his cats. |

Sean was born and bread on the East coast and resides in the centre of Aberdeen. He has been with the company since its formation and is proud to be A.M.M.s longest serving consultant. Seans expert knowledge and commitment to the company along with his continued interest and personal development within the mortgage sector make him a much valued member of the team. Sean is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and is proud to hold the industry recognised advice qualifications and spends much of his time meeting with and advising clients. Sean has built strong relationships with contacts from many of the leading mortgage lenders and uses this to his and his clients advantage. In the few hours Sean is not working he can be found climbing the local Grampian hills or working up a sweat in his local gym.
